Tracey Keele is the Founder and CEO of Keele Advisory, where she helps organizations navigate disruption and harness the power of behavior—reducing the risk of hidden cultural liabilities. She created Culture Killers, a framework that makes culture accessible, nameable, and actionable by exposing everyday behaviors that quietly sabotage strategy, execution, and trust.
A CPA with 25+ years of experience, Tracey has led internal audit, enterprise risk, and culture transformation across life sciences, professional services, and the public sector.
At KPMG, she served as Risk Advisory Partner and National Industry Lead for Life Sciences Internal Audit, Compliance, and Risk Services. She later led the firm’s enterprise-wide culture transformation, shifting behavior and embedding accountability across 40,000 professionals in response to regulatory crisis and disruption.
Previously, she held global audit leadership roles at GlaxoSmithKline, where she built and led a values assurance program that shaped UK regulatory expectations and informed board-level oversight of culture.
A sought-after advisor and speaker, Tracey is known for translating complex transformation challenges into clear, actionable strategies. She is a Prosci-certified change practitioner and a NACD Directorship Certification candidate.
